Meet Our Family
Michelle McAllister, RN, BSN
OWNER
Michelle has over 29 years of nursing experience across a range of specialties, from caring for newborns to supporting the elderly and disabled. She is passionate about advocating for her clients and helping them live as independently as possible. Michelle graduated from South Florida Community College (ADN) in 1996 and later earned a BSN (Summa Cum Laude) from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2012.
Her clinical knowledge and holistic approach guide New Day’s philosophy of reliable and compassionate care. Michelle provides complimentary care consultations for anyone exploring our services.
Mitchell McAllister
OWNER
Mitchell is an accomplished realtor in Fayette County. He earned his real estate license at 18 and in 2022, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of West Georgia. His administrative expertise and hands-on management style help New Day’s day-to-day operations run smoothly.
He is also instrumental in bridging communication between our clients and caregivers, finding the best caregiver-to-client matches by staying involved with both our staff and clients. Mitchell’s hard-working nature and customer service mindset shines through everyday.
