Yes, all of our caregivers are employees of New Day Private Home Care. They are fully vetted, insured, and receive ongoing training to provide the highest quality care.

It’s not required, but we encourage family involvement whenever possible. Our Registered Nurse will meet with the client and any loved ones who wish to be present to discuss care needs and answer any questions.

All caregivers undergo thorough background checks, reference verification, and skills assessments. They are also CPR and first aid certified to provide safe, professional care.

While our caregivers can accompany your loved one to appointments, outings, or errands, transportation must be arranged separately by the client or family. Our caregivers are happy to assist with transfers and provide support during these trips.

07. What is the minimum amount of time I can book a caregiver?

We offer shifts starting at a 5-hour minimum. No minimum weekly requirement—just a 5-hour consecutive block each time.

08. Are you able to provide 24/7 care?

Yes. We can arrange 24-hour shifts for as many days a week as needed.

09. Can I use my long-term care insurance to pay for your services?

We are a private pay service, but many of our clients submit claims to their long-term care insurance provider and receive reimbursement. We can guide you through that process.

10. Do you serve clients in senior living or nursing home facilities?

Absolutely. We also partner alongside hospice, skilled nursing, or physical therapy services, providing added support and companionship in facilities.
